Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into potential clients
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up on warm leads from campaigns, website inquiries & events
  • Maintain CRM records and generate weekly sales reports
  • Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project execution
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Negotiation and client handling abilities
  • Basic understanding of corporate training / SaaS (preferred)
  • CRM knowledge (optional)
  • Self-motivated and target-focused

Work Location: Chennai
Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication may apply)
Qualification: Any degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
